we are going to upgrade the 071 cooled version to ASI071MC-Pro which has a new body and better seal
also build in DDR3 buffer

and we will provide upgrade service for old 071 customers who have dew problem

That is great news. Do you think the upgrade will be user installable, or will we have to send our 071MC back?

Hi Brian
this is completely a different product
everything is changed include the retail price
so customer have to send back the camera to dealer for upgrading
and this upgrading will also need to pay the price difference

so just waiting for us to release the new product in next month

Hi
thanks every one for your answers.

I'm cooling until -15° by step of 5° with a pause of 5mn at each step, so I'm living in France and the temperature is around 20° right now so it takes 35mn to reach -15.

@Sam this upgrade is really good news and for sure I am very interrested ..if it is not to much expensive for "old" 071 users :)
