Hi,

NGC 7027 is a small planetary nebula that is found in the swan, it appeared 600 years ago rather it is a planetary proto-nebula.

It has the particularity of being small this P.N.B, 0.2AL (usually it make 1 to 2 AL) and very dense.
In a corner to the north of the nebula (bottom in my photo), the envelope surrounding the central star very hot (20000 °) is torn leaving a light point easily remarkable visual with a 300mm.
The white dwarf central is not visible in RGB (although it is because I do not put an IR filter) but bright enough with the IR685 filter.
Is it the star or the dust that surrounds the star that radiates? I have done a lot of research and I will look at option 2 ...

I spent some time on it for the treatment because I assembled 7 pictures taken between August 10 and September 1, I kept 20200 picture of 500ms + 14000 of 1s, that is 8 hours of fast pose! but for the shades of colors it was necessary!

NGC 7027 is a rewarding object and your high resolution images are great.

Your RGB image is also a valuable reference for comparison with my own images of this object using a C8 and ASI 120mc-s.

It is remarkable, that sub arcsecond resolution images of deep sky objects nowadays can be acquired with amateur equipment.

yesterday I found some time to record images of NGC 7027 with my C8. Just a few minutes of exposure time but enough to confirm some of the larger structures visible in your photo.
